To many goodies to still buy and no money to do it.
Seatbelts...
No leg room to get in when wearing work boots.
4" Front speakers - I have blown 4-5 sets with the 3 toyota's I have owned.
Other than that I absolutely love the 4Runner.

I hate during the winter with my cap on someone said "sweet 4runner!" from across the gas station lot. I also hate when people ask what year my Tacoma is. Especially at the parts counter.
I hate when people slam my doors, tailgate, hood, and tell me "you have to with these old trucks".

The things I hate most about my yota:
The high miles, with which I feel like I could drive it forever yet never sell it. Since I can't prove the head gaskets were probably done in the recall, or that the engine might be newer or rebuilt...basically noone would believe me that the 3.0 is most likely not 312,000 miles old.
And the rust! Such a 4 letter word. I have one hole in the front passenger fender so far. Really ruins the look.

not much to hate about mine except its not done...
but my mechaninc should be healed and shuold be done here soon!!!!!
Its a 4cyl power is not something they made much of....no cup holders for sure and the little electrical deamons that show up and take 6 months to figure out (and its usually something stupid that should have nothing to do with the way the car runs)

My 87 22r 4x4:
Seatbelt tensioner
Dome light
Driver side window (manual)
Clogged cat
And most of all, the rust. When I was in Colorado, all the 80s pickups had rusty beds. But here in the NW, I rarely see a rig as rusty as mine. Can't figure it out, because CO doesn't use salt, and it never stops raining here. Makes me mad.
Other than that, I'm happy with the gas mileage, availability of parts, mechanical soundness, and the power doesn't bother me.

I hate that you can't fix or replace anything without disassembling 40 other items to get them out of your way. I hate that you can see parts in the engine compartment but there's no way to reach them. I hate the upside-down oil filter on the 3.0 that drains all over the chassis and drips in your face as you unscrew it because the only way to reach it is from underneath, even though you can see it plain as day from under the hood.

no love for the 2nd gen 4runner cupholders... I love those things, of course I have about 20 spares so I don't care if they break.
I DO hate the power antenna... stupid broken piece of crap and the fact I cant get a good assembly for even a normal antenna from the u-pull-it as they all have stripped out/shattered hardware

I also hate that the local junk yards are getting thin on my yota bodystyle. Most around here keep a vehicle to 10 years age and then crush them. We only have one local pick-n-pull that keeps them after 10 years old.
I went the other week for a drivers mirror and SR5 seats and found nothing out of 12 yotas.

Sorry you couldn't find what you needed, though!

The fact that it has to take a backseat on the "to-do list" got big plans but with Racing season in full swing the Mustang has to be kept in tip top shape.Im thinking if the locals (and non locals) would learn not to pass in corners I might no go through so many fenders and bumper skins.
