Run seafoam through it. Boosted my mpg by around 3
Replace ignition components from rotor to plugs. I used NGK gained 2
Drive it for economy. Don't accelerate hard. I probably doubled mine
Adjust the valves. (unknown- I haven't drove it yet)
Basically when I got my truck I averaged 16mpg my first tank on the hwy. I am now getting around 17mpg city and 24 hwy.

Idk, my tank before the I filled up the 1st time was 12mpg... then again, I had a bad water pump.. and it was snowy, so I was sliding around corners and , and let it warm up before I got in it, so that burns alotta gas, lately its been warm(ish) and on my tank after that one I got 17, and I got 18 mpg, on the highway I usually get anywhere from 29-31mpg I've kept a light foot lately since I'm uneployed right now and my parents are buyin my gas fo' me... I gotta get a job again soon, I had mono and got fired cause I missed too many days on my 30 day probationary period deal..
