22r cam, valves, or valve springs work on a 20r?
I was running a compression test on the '78 I just got, and I have something bad in the top end. My guess is the valves need adjusting, but in case of the cam, valve, or valve spring being bad, can I grab one off my '84 22R top end I have sitting here?
Also, what should my fuel pressure be for the '78 motor? I'm gonna run an inline fuel pump on it, and have to $buy$ one.
In case anyone recognizes this post, it's similar to the one I posted a few months back when I was trying to reuse some of the '84 top end on my '79 motor.

you can use 22R valve springs, seals, and the cam, but the valves are bigger on a 22R.
your truck already has an electric fuel pump in the tank, don't try running an inline pump unless you want to swap out the in-tank one. you'll just fry it. the pump should put out about 4psi.
