I'm sure there's a long list of bugs that someone's working on, but there's no way to select text in the composition screen.

I had also typed, "I'm trying it out on iOS right now. Very nice!" But it looks like that got lost when I posted. Probably related to the text selection bug.

Yay! I ditched the android for a 4S, and it doesn't crash anymore. But, when I reply to a thread, upon "sending" my response, it tells me I've double posted. Anybody else on an iPhone get this? Something I can adjust on my end? Still adapting to a different system. Thanks!

Edit. It says "this is a duplicate post", I click OK, then it have to cancel out of the reply screen. ???

Sorry to bring a thread back from the dead but. Phase error now going on with app for iPhone 4. I. Can't log in and it just shows loading when I try and report it through the error message. Any ideas

App still works fantastically! Only complaint is that the search feature is still as useless as it is on the Yotatech site. Otherwise, it's great!

Does anybody know who's 4Runner it is on the cover of the app? It looks like 4Crawlers, but I'm not sure..

The best way I've found the search the site is with google. In the google search bar type:

site:yotatech.com your search terms

You can go further and search the specific forum. Navigate to the main page of the forum you want to search. For Toyota SUV and Truck Tech>86-95 Trucks and 4Runner type:

site:yotatech.com/f116/ your search terms and it will only search in that board. You can do this with any board, just go to the main page of that board and look at the URL. Check it out!

I love the app for my iPhone and iPad but my biggest issue is I cannot create a thread in the classified section. I must use the main site for that. It use to work until you all upgraded the location feature

Hey, is anyone else having problems getting into the website via the app? For the last couple of weeks I'm getting a "Parse Error...the remote server sent a unknown response...." error with a Ok or Report button. Hitting OK then gets stuck in "Loading..."


I'm on a iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.1

Yeah, mine did that, and it took deleting the app and redownloading it again to fix the problem. I've got the iPhone 5s, so I'm assuming it's an issue across the board.

App schmapp. I'm posting this from my Android viewing the site in full version mode. Never had a single issue with it so far. What's the point of using an app? Maybe l'm missing something.

The organization of everything is much more condensed and simpler to use. Less colors, less advertisements, less scrolling! In a word, convenient.

Mine does this. iPhone 4, it gets old having to delete the app and reinstall it every couple of days when it happens.

Out of curiosity, and to see what all the hype was about, I went ahead and gave it a try anyway. The only thing I liked about it was the pics worked a little better. Other than that, I didn't like it. I think I'll stick with what I'm already familiar with.

Re-installed the app and can get back in again via phone. Seems like the app may be due for a update?

I have had the same troubles with the app as well. Sometimes it doesn't want to load, sometimes it will take forever to post my replies or won't so them at all. Usually, resetting my iPhone helps.

I'm having issues with the iPhone app freezing at the very bottom of the third page of posts. This is not random; it never fails to lock up. App has to be killed and restarted. It happens like this for my iPhone 6s (iOS: 9.3.4, YotaTech app ver: 1.4.0)...assuming you are viewing a forum with 100's of post...scroll to bottom...'Load More Threads'...scroll to bottom...'Load More Threads'...scroll to bottom...but locks up a few lines from the bottom.

Initial settings were 10 posts/page so I could only see the first 30 posts for any forum/search. Set my preferences to 30/page so I can at least see the first 90 posts.
