Yours is offset to the passenger side, the one from the 2000 is offset to the driver side.

no prob. For a 4.30 front end, look in auto 1st gens. It would be your best shot to find them, although RMA is right they are from anything from 86-95. My brother had an 89 4runner, v6 with 4.30's in it. That would work for you.
You need axle code g282 or g 284.
