Searching for an answer

Hi guys, first time posting here. I've got a 03 Tacoma xtracab v6 4wd auto with 285's toyo's and some URD stuff.

Been trying to track down an issue with my front end last few weeks and get closer each time i replace something but it has gotten old.

My front right tire wobbles when I shake them with both hands, can hear something is loose. Wheel wobbles back and forth in my hand offroad under heavy bumps but not so much on road.
Adjusted tire pressure down to soften the tires some.

Replaced steering rack bushings, fixed busted donohoe coilover stud.torqued everything down.

Had a boot clamp go on that Cv a while back so I went and grabbed it and shook it and there was the sound.
Is this my issue or could it be tie rodends or ball joint also creating this
looseness?

Appreciate any help

Sam

alright, since wheel bearing is the first guess I am pretty sure I don't have the tools to fix this being presses are needed, dealer will have to take a look at it.

Thanks for the reply, and I'll see what other people say.

Um...

The older trucks didnt need a press
You DID need some special tools (54mm? socket, "fish" scale (9lbs?))

the dealer told me my rack was loose.
I checked it before I took it in,I had done the rack bushings previously to try and fix this wobble. So it was blame it on the owner first deal you know. I torqued them and rechecked a couple times.

So they tell me to come pick it up,and say all is tight. I told them it was shaking before I even did the rack bushings so it can't be.

Get there and the tire still wobbles all over, tech comes out and say 'show me'. he is good guy and isthe only guy that works on it there and the heat where was probably getting to him. Well he was like damn,it must only do it on the ground with weight on it, The noise is coming from inside the rack itself.

He asked if I had the extended warranty deal from Toyota,I said yes and he said cross your fingers and we'll talk to you tomorrow.
