Hi Guys I need Your Help. Ok Im looking to upgrade to 33s on my pickup. Right now im running 225/75/R15 on my completely stock 1989 4x4 22re pickup. I am trying to decide if I should get the 33x12.50R15or the 33x10.50R15 But I am not sure Cuse I think 33x10 would look tall and skinny. Right now I am looking at the Toyo Tire Open Country M/T any good?. If someone could post a photo of the Toyos M/Ts of the 33x12 and 33x10 of there Toyota That would be great. Also if someone could tell me exactly what I need to do in order to make the 33s work? I heard I would have to Re gear it to 4.88 and also trim the fender what exactly does that mean? Like will I have to Cut the fender or just the inner part? Also I have another ? On the front and rear end are the Ring and Pinion the same. What I mean is If I where to re gear it can I put the gears from the front end into the rear end are Thay the same?
Thanks guys
Thanks guys

Not sure why everyone is posting pics of there tires when the OP asked for images of toyo M/T's
I forgot to chime in on one of the questions asked though. As to the 10.5 vs. 12. it really comes down to what your doing with the rig. If your are building a crawler type rig most use the wider of the 2. if your looking to build an overland go anywhere type rig you might think about the narrower tire. Personally the next set of tires i get are going to be the 255/85/16 which comes out to a 33.5x10.2.
Also on what Mak said about cost - you might have to hagle with the price a little but you can get 33 M/T's for about $190 - $200. Yeah you could go with KM@'s and yeah they are ok but IMO the Toy is just longer lasting. If you don't believe me go to any les shwab, most of them are wheelers themselves and sell both.

ok yeah I am being a smart @%$.
The toyos have kind of a distinct look though. kind of like the Cepek's. Showing pics of KM2's or most any other brand is just showing tires on a truck.
Besides looks are irrelevant. whats important is the quality of the tire and the best uses for skinny Vs wide
I am only playin guys. Go wheelin folks have a good weekend - I am
