Dune comfort

I ride quads on the Oregon coast and i like to take my truck out there for a spin every now and again. I was just wondering is there anything to soften the ride up? i was thinking so bj spacer for a little more travel and some bilstein shocks because i have only heard good about them.
i already air my tires down that helps a little..

If you add BJ spacers you could take some crank out of the torsion bars and maintain the same ride height. Try putting some weight in the bed too, the rear springs are stiffer than they appear...

I run 33x12.50s on the beach around here and I LOVE them. I even thought about going to 33x13.50s next time around. I go places in 2wd with no locker that most other trucks have to be in 4wd to go. Its really fun idling past the F250s that are trying to get back off the beach in 4wd and making 100 yard runs at it!

i have a greenlee tool box in the bed packed with all the goods weighs close to 300 pounds fully loaded. i didnt have that last time so we will see the next time. i really just need to break down and buy some bj spacers... i just bought a bed liner kit which could have almost got me a set..lol i know what you mean these things do pretty good in the sand i aired my tires down to around 10..lol and put it in 2wd and it was like driving on pavement. i took my dads f250 diesel out that thing was a pig in the sand it had plenty of grunt torque going down the flats and it was ok going up hill if you got some speed. but taking off was bad just too damn heavy... gotta love the torque of the big trucks..

Yeah, i actually went for the beach, didn't know there were dunes so we just went without a pump. (dumb idea altogether considering travel) I need a proper inflater thing.

And yes more photos!!

I ride wherever i can. mostly coos bay and sandlake oregon and a couple of local spots around my house. But i have been known to hit moses lake and florence, I even rode down in the mojave desert fun stuff down there.
here are some of my rides:

this is the before pic of my 2001 raptor.

this is during the build:
frame: shaved and ground off all unnecessary tabs, powder coated emerald green
motor: bored to 690cc,ported heads ,dome piston, big gun evo exhaust, big gun rev limiter, rejetted carbs with spacer and custom k&n intake, stage 2 hot cam.
has poweder coated honda 400ex shocks, shaved plastics custom chromoly steering stem
all components are powder coated, polished, or painted. i pu so much work into this thing.

this is th only good pic i have of it together

421 stroker banshee

1989 Suzuki lt500

my 2005 raptor pretty much stock procircut pipe and a k&n. my girlfriend loves this bike. this is the one she rides when we go out.

i also have a 2001 honda 400ex and a custom built cr500 in a 250r frame but i cant find any pics of them right now

QUADZILLLAAAAA
Lol why would you use 400EX shocks? Those things are pogo-sticks.
Shoulda splurged for the 450EX shocks, they're more for racing. Then had em valved for your weight..
I was just out at moses lake a month ago with a few buds.
