does any one have a chiltons or other 86 to 95
i have a 84 to 85 toyota book and ing the windsheild electrial and relay and conection section b18 or close to there, they show a windsheild wiper relay... my question to you is do the 86 to 95 trucks have them... maybe someone can check that out if there having a lazy sunday and feel like helping some poor ba$t@rd out... thanks boys...

Looked at my 89'-95' Chiltons, and I looked at my 1993 FSM for 4runners/Pickups. Both did not have a relay of any sort in the electrical diagrams for the windshield wipers. Just the Windshield wiper motor and the Switch.
I saw the relay you are talking about in the 85' FSM though. Maybe in the later years, it's integrated into the wiper motor. Just a guess, I could be wrong.

Heres a quick link I found for Chilton's manuals online (free). The FSM is definitely better, but sometimes the Chilton's can come in handy. I'm not sure if it has what you need though. http://www.dsmtalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=222969

There should be a relay or other black box on Toyotas that have a delay wiper function. It would be the clicking sound when the wipers cycle on a delay setting. Should be located under the dash.

The intermittent wiper relay is down behind the kick panel on the passenger side. It is a green box on the '85s, not sure if its different on the later models.
