All dome lights/ maps lights, vanity light, running board stopped working as well as the homelink buttons on my 2008 limited.

I checked all the fuses in the lower left driver compartment and the fuse box in the engine, no bad fuses.

I swapped out the relay between the "Dome" and the AC115v and that's not it either.

If I jump the relay with a cable then it all works fine, so it looks like the relay is not getting the signal to turn on.

What could it be???
