Nice job though, wouldn't change a thing! (Except maybe go back to the white)

the white was beat and after all the body work it wasnt really an option. but yes this is my DD

Just found your thread. You have done an awesome job in a very short time. I like it

So you were able to use the dual transfer case crossmember with only one case for now? If so that is good to know as I picked up a Budbuilt mount off ebay for dirt cheap...shipping was more...
Also where did you find your boomer rang shackles? I need those for my Trekker...
Thanks,
Robb

the duel case crossmember works with one case but the drain plug rubs the crossmember and you need to drop the case in order to change the fluid. i got the boomerand shackles from sky manufacturing

Awesome build-up! I'm curious about the half doors though. You mentioned it is your DD so what do you do if it rains, and what is the main purpose of them other than looks?

Sure the stub axle did not break? Birfield cage looks ok but I could be wrong.
One of those things I need to practice fixing...The more I see your truck I think I may go the same approach with my '81, Line-x or Herculine the rockers and do some OD green on top...

still got a couple more welds to do but it is pretty much done

i made it out of the pair of shackles i bought at AA parts that were in the front of my truck before i got my boomerangs, a stock mount, and a set of sky SAS frame tubes that they sent me by mistake so all in all it cost me like 20$ i have enough materials to make a second one too.

im going to order new motor mounts in a couple weeks to so hopefully ill get rid of all my driveline vibs

Quick Reply: what do you think of my new 4-runner?
