I don't know why you wouldn't SAS? Obviously money isn't the problem,it would be cool too have a big engine but not worth the money.

thing is, its got all the performance parts. bigger engine, front & rear lockers, regeared, yada yada yada. if u rly want the sfa email him and tell him u'll throw in an extra 2 grand and call it even at 25000 or something. bam. u can make ur own braces, get it solid, and then what? yea. 4wd here we come.
i personally would find it kinda fun to hook up a tow rope to that thing and pull with it. id make sure i was in a muddy pit. just spin and get his truck all dirty. hehehe. hed probally just give up and tell me to wash his truck. yea boi.

Hmmm, if only he had spent as much time on the engineering as he did on the chrome, he might have something. As it stands, I'd be afraid to drive that on the street let alone a trail. The front end is an accident waiting to happen.
Part it out and start over.

I saw another horrible attempt at lifting a truck today.
I saw a 86-89 f-250 with STACKED rear blocks! Looked like around 6-8" of block lift.
I never thought somone would do that to a DD !!!

well if he had done a sas that truck would be pretty cool but in his description he describes it as one of a kind, it just makes me think its like that for a reason. i give him props for all his labor into the truck but keeping the ifs confuses me...

The absolute worst truck I've seen lifted was an F150 (I think) that had 4" blocks and some seriously arched springs. The total lift was around 16 to 24 inches inches. (Maybe more.) The rear bumber was about 5 feet above the ground. Anyhow, it must have been a nightmare to drive on the street. Apparently the tall blocks and springs caused so much body roll that the owner extended the bump stops so that there was only 2 inches of travel on the springs. Eesh.

For the amount he dumped on that truck I could make my 3vze powered 4runner run the 1/4 mile in 14 seconds or less...with full interior!
But to each their own.
ps- Damn those are big tires! I want one so I can roll it around the yard! lol
