Everything is figured out except for the top left 3 port thing. Just looking for the correct orientation of the hoses. Keep in mind that it says toyota on it so you can use that for orientation.

Well on my rig #4 goes to the AS reed valve, coming from the port(blue) next to(with)#1 , closest to firewall. It's the dealy sim. to EGR in app. May be diff. with you.

This is what Im looking for. Just trying to verify which one goes to which because mine is upside down. It says toyota through the middle of it. Which number goes to the top single one, and which numbers go beneath the toyota to the left and right.

Routes behind plenum to connect to a jumper that is connected to the throttle body.Mine. I've got #2 above Toyota. Beneath Toyota, right #1, left is plugged-off(see my pic) on mine but looks to be #* by the other pics, my geuss.

Okay this is the top 3 port thing. Mine is upside down so on yours it would be rightside up. That means the single on the bottom would be a single one on the top of yours. There is TOYOTA (upside down)running through the middle of it. Which # goes to which hole. (sorry for the blurry picture)

Below the "toyota" on the left is #1
Below the "toyota" on the right is #2
I think the rest of the pics show where they go.

Thank you Chris. I'm glad you could finally understand what I was trying to get at. This thread has to be one of the most confusing ones out there. Thanks again.

Okay, well I hooked up everything like that, and now it runs like crap and make a really loud noise when idling. It won't take the gas when you floor it.
I think what happened was, the way the vacuum lines were mixed up before, it was defeating the egr valve and now it is running THROUGH the egr valve. I guess my egr valve really is messed up and I need to redo the lines to defeat the egr valve. I just wasted all of yalls and my time. Now I have to figure out how to redo the lines to defeat the egr valve.

Right now, I have *, 1, and 2 hooked up to the lower 3 port thing and nothing at all hooked up to the upper 3 port thing. It purrs like a kitten. I think I have it right because I basically eliminated the egr valve by not allowing any vacuum to it.

Hopefully you have it diagnosed now. If anything it will come up in a search for "upper left 3" or "#*" so I wouldn't call it a waste of time. I felt like an idiot once I figured out what you were asking at the end.

Well, kudos my friend. I love how you pulled that idea outta nowhere, just to have it work. ???????? Whatever works.
