Tortion Bar turn

I have a 86 4runner with an add a leaf and a tortion crank and recently purchaced a lift for it. I am now looking to turn the bars back down and regain some much need flex, but im not sure how far to go. I bought the truck with the bars already turned so i dont know how far they were turned and were they were stock. It sits about 1 to 1.5 inches higher than stock, how many turns do i need to go to bring the truck down to stock?
