Good to know. 60 isn't terrible since it comes with the $20 autozone filter. I snagged mine from a guy in Everett for $20. Believe me, I had to listen to the wife complain as to why I would drive up there from Tacoma for an auto part, then I showed her a couple prices on Ebay, she zipped it pretty quick.

A quick litte reading i found this
http://www.22rte-trucks.com/simplema...hp?topic=909.0
"For an 82 Supra the AFM should have:
22250-43110
or
22250-43150
For a part number."
So i guess i should jump on it?

Both parts were indeed used on the 5m engines however the 43150 will not work as a plug-n-play unit on your 22re. Oh and you can't use a MAF on a 22r engine..........

I might be wrong on that but EVERYTHING I read pointed towards the 43110. I've had two of them with that part number and they worked without a hitch. I think I even sold oldharleyman his.
I can't access that site from work, firewall and all that, but if you're confident that the 43150 will work then jump on it and let us know how it goes. It would sure make finding the darn parts a lot easier.

so i called the guy, and started talking to him and he's positive that itll work.. i even asked him are you sure the 150 one will work and he said he found a link that says both 110 and 150 will work?
then he didnt have a offer or price so i offered him 40$ and he said he's gonna look to see how much they go for..
so whats the deal, should i got for the 150? Im not even confident about the 150, i just looked that forum and noticed that they said both work... but who knows right?

then i also find this
"I'm in need of a 82 Supra AFM. I bought one from here awhile ago and it was DOA. Right now I'm using one I borrowed from a friend. I'm using it on a 85 Celica 22RE. The only AFM that is plug and play is the 1982 model. "
im so confused
Perhaps this should clear it up,
1982 AFM (U.S.) ----------- 22250-43110
1983 -1986 AFM (U.S.) ---- 22250-43150
So, i assume it wont be a plug and play. Seeing that everyone uses a 82.

Hmm, some guy emailed me saying he pulled one off his 81 5m.. he's 2 1/2 hours away and its for 5$... double checking the part numbers then see how much shipping will cost..
