Well Gents I am happy to report good news

After following the real manual
Cylinder 1 = 165
Cylinder 2 = 165
Cylinder 3 = 170
Cylinder 4 = 170

Keep in mind there is an extra thick head gasket on. I might have been able to eeek out the last 5 psi on 1 and 2 if I turned over the engine a couple more times. Overall I am happy. I set the TPS and she prrrs. Oh and I added an external tach. It sits on the vent grill just below the windshield. Very handy.
