Need to re-gear with 31's ??

these trucks came with 31x1050s all the runners I've had had them but the one truck did say 235/75s but it had better gears than the truck that came with factory 31s so ya lol do it plus alot of 4 runners in canada came with 31s anyways from the dealership! even if the door says different !! lol

no I was saying that some (trucks and runners) came with 31's my 1990 that had 31s on the door plaque had higher gears than my 94 that came with 235/75s on the plaque!!! both had 3.0 autos both were a340h I think! both had the ect anyways! just sayin like u and others have said gears are an option that people want regardless of engine tranny combos!

As soon as I pulled into traffic from the tire shop I hated my trucks face, the difference was huge in my opinion. Most that don't want to re-gear have probably never felt the difference, the first thing people did when they got the first set of tires is put on 31's and never looked back and got used to it. I went to 456's and it evened it back to stock pretty much.
