This thread brings the funny.

Your problem is you are using them damn Canadian versions.

I've used countless Yellow Tops in countless Toyotas with every Toyota engine combo there is and then some. I like em cause you can kill em dead and charge em right back up.

Canadian Version

Lets just freeze that sucker over the winter when its dead. Alaska should do or Northern Canada. I bet you will have lots of fun getting it to hold a charge or even take it.

Nudging in! I've had a red top in my 89 for um...5years now i think. I've beat the living hell out of it and no problems. As for yellow top no experience.

Just a heads up everyone, apparently toyo tires wont make it very far.
I tested set of toyo tires on a road trip, yup they only made it 40 miles on the freeway.
Im sure they had plenty of air in them to it was atleast 3psi.

Sound likes someone elses story on here doesn't it?

I bought the wrong battery for my truck, so im gonna blame it on the brand. Ya optima's are garbage, I know im throwing mine away as
we speak.

My brother's Shovy truck burnt a red top up in 4 months. Those all must be bad too...
(and the voltage at the battery, newly installed, after 2 hours driving was 14.4).

This reminds me of the Vegemite vs Marmite crap arguments....
People arguing over which version of left-over beer-brewer's yeast tastes better?
... and they all answer to the same queen. Go figure.

As far as I can tell, only one good thing has come from England and her territories: USA.
Just kidding. Scotch and Irish Whisky's are good too.
