When you replaced the radiator, you probably didn't burp the coolant system. What this means is that you have a massive air bubble in your coolant system, where coolant isn't cooling. Probably near the back of your engine in the head.
What you need to do is park the truck, let it cool, start it with the radiator cap off, and slowly fill until it no longer takes any coolant. The coolant level should rise, and might even overflow a few times throughout, but if it lowers back down then you successfully burped your system.
