nope. everything is still very accessible. I made sure of all that before I did it. and then also wanted to clear the master cylinder

hey guys im thinking of doing the isr mod but not sure what is the go with the box that connects into the intake pipe just after the filter with the wires and vacum hoses going in to it. what is it? what do i do with it after runnign the straight through pipe? and do i have to make a cap ont he end of it?
any help would be appreciated im only 15 and i have a 93 4runner my first car and just looking to get the best out of it.

i believe i'll stick with my K&N intake but i'm getting a different filter for it for sure!

Thats what I used and it worked out great.

A few questions though. For those of you that have done this mod, is your engine idling at a much higher RPM? Like 1800 ~ 2000 ?

Secondly, does anyone know what the other box above the silencer is for? I want to remove mine to make room for a Warn winch solenoid.
