3vz Idle speed

I was wondering if there is anyway to adjust the idle speed for the 3.0L. Just put some new exhaust on and i think a lower idle speed would sound sick.

Flat head screw on the throttal body. If your standing in the front of the truck, its looking right at you. tightening it lowers it, loosening it raises it. Its supposed to be at 800 but have fun.

It only adjusts the warm idle speed.

You probibly do. The idle screw should never have to be adjusted..

Sounds alot better guys thanks. The 3vz's are pretty lumpy with some good exhaust and a little idle adjustment. Im running 2.5" with no cat through an AT2525.. sounds wicked
