Silicone on an instake gasket?

Silicone on an instake gasket?

If i put silicone over the top of a gasket or silicone then a gasket would it be ok to stay for a little its going on the intake side or do i have to worry about the silicone getting sucked into the engine

It should be ok, but use as little as possible.

Why do you want to put silicone on the gaskets?

Ok I want to use it to insure a good seal just to make sure
