brake master cylinder fitting
Well i started leaking out of the fitting on the top front of the master cylinder . Its the fitting with 2 coppers washers sealing it. Is there an alternative i can use like a 90 degree elbow? I think the threads are 3/8 npt. what could you use to seal it because im pretty sure a pipe compound or teflon was getting eaten up by brake fluid. Also what kind of hose do i buy to replace that small hose from the reservoir to that fitting?

i just replaced my both my brake and clutch masters.....can't remember what they look like right now though.......
cut and flare the line?
as long as its the right diameter any automotive house should work (thats designed to withstand brake fluid).
if you buy a new master take a good look at it and make sure it will all bolt up as far as the lines go.
i thought i'd spend a bit more and get a better one from napa, took my old one out then realized it would NOT work. had to get friend to drive me to shucks to buy another one that would work.
