Tacomca seats in 82 yota ?
I bought this 82 toyota pickup like 8 yrs ago mainly to make it pure offroad but as luck has it its now my main rig. I just got done putting a new head gasket on and have a few other little things to like replace the front axle seals which isnt fun. Anyhow to make it more drivable I was thinking bout getting some buckets out of a newer Tacoma and making them fit. Im not sure if the mounting holes are even close but if not then I will make it work. Main question is since these orig yotas are SOOO tiny inside I wasnt sure if the width of the new seats would pose an issue. I would like to keep my center console. If anyhow has done this let me know. Thanks

Should fit with some drilling. I put 92 4runner seats in my 84 and only had to drill 2 holes per seat, the other 2 lined up. A regular cab is a regular cab, they're all small.

I don't think it will be a problem but make sure you measure the width of the seats before you buy. Early 90's Acura Intergra and CIvic seats work pretty good in first gen trucks.
for Integra seats, the inside hole will line up, one the out side there is another hole about 1.25" over from the stock mounting whole that lines up just right.
