Question 22r 82 Toyota pickup 4x4 engine sputters and jumps

So my 22r 82 Toyota has been having some engine problems recently and it's getting worse. Whenever I'm at a full stop and start to accelerate my truck seems like it has no power and out of no where it will jump/sputter and all the power will come back, and it will drive fine for about 30 seconds and sputter/jump a little more. It only used to do this in 1st and 2nd gear and would stop once I got to a fast speed, but now it's happening in all gears and continually getting worse.. Someone told me to change the fuel filter to see if it helps. It did not, I cleaned the carb and it was good for 2 days and came back.. I'm thinking it's the carb but I need opinions? What do you think it could be? (this started about 2 weeks ago)

Check for properly working vacuum advance on the distributor.

Check to see if the primary Accelerator Pump is working on the carburetor.

Check for vacuum leaks on all the rubber vacuum lines.

Agreed, vacuum leaks or distributor timing problems would be the first place to look.
Could also be a bad ignition coil.
