I had fun for the short time I was there. Unfortunately, Cody and I both had some mechanical problems and had to leave early. My front diff is making an un-Godly noise, started the second I put it into 4WD...I know I didn't damage it on the trail.
Cody, how did your truck end up running?

There is people getting me (cody with red 3rd gen. 4Runner) and cody with the 1st gen. mixed up, So I think we need get another name for that cody since i was here longer, and he's now the noob! He could just be called Noob cody or something like that.
That jeep was something else! haha, i remember the days of being stuck like that.

Nice pictures everyone.
jayson161: Really like what you've done with your truck considering I used to own a 93 Extracab. Any plans on an SAS in the future?

looks like a lot of fun guys. i wish i could have been there. but you gotta pay the rent ya know? any plans for another tahuya run or any other run soon? as of today i am no longer working saturdays, unless somebody rents the place out. so from now on i hope to make it to all of these saturday runs that i could never make it to in the past. and thanks to those of you who have messeged me to make sure i saw the upcoming event. its much a apritiated, seeing how im not on much due to work and school and lack of a good computer. i probably wouldn't have done so well if i went today anways, seeing how i woke up on friday with a soar throut, which has insisted on turning into the full blown flu.
the pics so far are awsome and i can't wait to see some more. it looks like you guys had an amaizing turn out! kudos! mmmmm kudos yummm...
um where was i? oh yeah, did everybody make it back up that hill on the way out? i know last year i really had to gun it and barely made it up.
any last min. diff breathers this year?

Plenty of pics of my failed attempt at the rock pile...
Was a good time to say the least, I was happy to meet some old friends and wheel with some of you for the first time. I look forward to seeing you guys again at future runs.

Ugghhh! Well, hopefully sooner than later, the plan is to paint her over thanksgiving, then move onto the front disc brake swap, rear locker, etc. Seeing another sweet fj40 on yesterday's run only made me more jealous. Glad to hear you'll be able to do more weekend runs now.
