Jenny Creek 8/28/05
I'm starting a thread, but have no pics, just thought i'd post the report, and let others post the pics...
Today was great, Myself and my friend Drew had a blast, and the trail was fun and exciting...I aired down for the first time today, and MAN i never knew what i was missing...it was fantastic, and i'm currently researching ways to adapt a CO2 bottle from soft drink dispensors to a tank for my rig...
There was a great showing, myself, Ric, Crux, Mayhem, COCajun, and Bobzooki were there....It was a beautiful day and quite balmy...Erik (mayhem) excersized use of his right foot, and performed an incredible pivot in the air with his Taco...Needless to say we were all diving for cover, but he made it through his spectacular manuver undamaged, and whipped up out of the creek...My friend Drew has video of the creek xing, and as soon as he and erik get it hosted, it'll be up for viewing pleasure...the pivot is pretty great...Ric also climbed some of the bigger rocks in the creek and scraped some paint off of his sliders...Bob made the whole thing look easy with his 90 some inches of wheelbase, and put us to shame w no slipping or rough driving at all...Bobs rig is amazing...We had a great lunch at the top and headed down, dodging crazy mtn bikers and atv riders, and then i blew a fuse in rics pump at the bottom, (sorry ric)...a very successful trip..
Hopefully pics will come soon, and we'll get so see some video too

Yes those are awsome pics as always brian, i stand in awe of your camera and photographic abilities, as well as "Mrs. Crux's" Also, i really like the shot of Erik's truck sitting on the frame/spring hangar, followed by his front end wedged up against that rock...gives people an idea of why gas was given in large quantities... Also, Ric, again a compliment on your snazzy rig...we need to get you up to crystal mountain next week and get some scratches and dents in that badboy bumper...

Oh, two other things...Bobs rig is sick....i can't believe that thing...it is ready to rock and roll, and it can play hard...
Also, Erik, i tried to wave you down as you left nederland but your mudflap (the one pinned in the above pics) was coming off, hopefully it stayed on for the drive home.

Just so my previous statements make a little more sense
Between this pic
And this
Erik went from being on the rock to not, and his leafspring and diff got some new scratches... plus his front is wedged in this pic all at the same time
