What diameter are the holes drilled in the toyota flywheel for the om617?

on your swap did you bolt the mercedes starter through the adapter plate. I am doing mine the same way but dont really like the idea of dropping the trans just to replace the starter. Also do you have any pics or can you tell me how you cl;earanced the bellhousing to fit the starter in where it hits the bellhousing. i kindof know what i was thinking on how to do it but thought maybe you had a different or better way
