Sounds like you may have a problem with the synchros between the gears in the transmission... I'd go see a transmission shop or a good mechanic you trust for a full diagnostic check... with the slip that was probably there before you got the clutch fixed you probably did'nt notice the tranny issues or else there was enough "give" there to mask the problem. Now the clutch is all tight the transmission problem is showing itself.
