Hey man, Sorry I haven't been on here in a while and just saw your message. I love my TJM. As long as you get the mounting hardware specific for the 4runner, it mounts perfectly. Me and a buddy of mine had it on in about 30 minutes. Not sure I know what you're talking about as far as endcaps? Are you talking about endcaps on the frame rails? If so the TJM doesn't require endcaps welded to the frame like the ARB does. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
