    Hi Mike,
    I live in san francisco bay area and am considering the 3.4 swap but i have some emission and registration questions that you may be able to help me with. Not many people talk about the referee process and i want to know more. Is my 94 5sp pretty much stock going to be an issue getting my CARB sticker and getting smogged. You live in california and already went through the process. could you fill me in a bit please? thanks a bunch
