Hey just searching for someone in my local town of sacramento with an SC...im looking into getting one for my 96 4runner (5VZ-FE) only thing stopping me is A:SMOG LAWS Test,visual test B
ont know how easy it is to blow an engine with an SC and C:i heard a SC wont work 4 a 96 because of the ECU wont correct for the SC so ppl with 96's r left with a low RPM ping...any insight or help is much appriciatted
