You may also check to see if you are bouncing between 2, 3, or 4 map values while idling. These values can be changed to the same number, so for example, 21, 20, 19, and 18 in. vacuum can all have the same fuel value (if you idle in that range), which will help smooth it out. You may consider adding an orfice between the map sensor and manifold in the vacuum line. It will help as well.

My timing map is as follows, excuse the crudeness:

    500 - 10*
    750 - 10*
    1000 - 10*
    1250 - 15*
    1500- 20*
    1750 - 25*
    2000 - 30*
stays 30* all the way through 6500 rpm.

    vac advance:

-17.7 +10* through -5.1 then subtracting 1 degree for each map value until -0.6 which should be 6*

So total timing at 3000 rpm and vacuum at -15 would be 40* as an example.

    Boost Retard:

    2.33 -1*
    2.76 -2*
    3.62 -2*
    4.05 -3*
    4.48 -3*
    4.91 -5*
    5.34 -6*
    5.78 -7*
    6.22 -8*
    6.66 -9*
    7.10 -10*

Boost ign ex: 3000 rpm, 7.10 psi boost: total timing would be 20*

I didn't record values after 7 psi, but if you want them I can get them as well. This map worked well for me, but I'm at 8:1 comp ratio. But it may give you an example of something that worked well. You will need to retard timing more under boost. Im not sure if you can run that much timing advance under vacuum, but probably. Also, as a note, I always use 91 octane fuel. Hope this helps some! Cheers!
