    should have said is the noise always there or does it go away with clutch pedal pressure

    if you had it at a shop take it back, clutch replacement should not cause any noise that wasn't there before. possible input bearing. was the pilot bearing replaced & the input shaft & throw out bearing greased. grease is critical on any bearing to do with the clutch, also is the noise away ways ther or does it go away with clutch pedal pressure
