They were Super Swamper Irok radials 36x13.5 r15. They're a hard pulling, great riding tire.

those tires look like they have alot of balls what kind of tire are they and what rim i need to find one for my 89 with locking hubs

The steps are Smittybuilt steps I got from Performance right after I bought the truck back in 1995. They were really cheap back then. I don't think they even make a bar like this anmore. They're great to prevent door dings in parking lots. (Sorry for the late response, I never saw the question)
