There are TONS of free fonts out there... google it!
Well, I'm friends with the guy that did my decals (yes they are di-cut decals) and he said they were a pain. He said he would charge $10 a piece for the 8" ones. When you do order them, I would go with 10" wide. Unfortunately the first one he made me was 10" and everyone had already decided on 8" but when they saw the 10" one they liked that size better. Oh well, next batch will be 10". Anything is possible, try and get it the way you want! but... its going to be a huge pita with split letters like that. My friend was complaining about just the shadows! Thats why i'm telling you this.

Once we decide on how it will look, there is a guy over at Pirate 4x4 who does stickers/decals. I'll shoot him a picture and have him quote us a price.
Thanks for all the help and insite Turboale.

Had some more time to have another go at it.
It got pixelated goofy during gif conversion, but I could fix that. How is the overall look?
(it looks better on a background that isn't quite so dark)
EDIT: See:

I have a feeling you always sleep just fine. But I do thank you for all the work you've done on this for us ... I know you don't live in TX, but you're surely always welcome down here.

Scofco that sticker looks bada$$!!! I'll take two. One for each side window.

Give me a size to blow it up to, and consider it done.
I will have to pretty much redo the entire thing though, as that tiny image there is as big as I have it

He shouldn't need 1:1 I think what they do is make a vector file out of it for the printer/cuting machine and so the size doesn't matter. My guy made this from an image that was about the width of a piece of paper...
It shouldn't even have to be in color... you just have to specify what color is where.

Want a pixelated version?
I don't have a vectoring program, so I have no idea how to make a huge image that looks like the original.

I drew it pixel by pixel in 25:1 scale more for fun than anything. I have no idea how to do this logo without an original font. Sorry.
