mouse hovering and partial thread display

i think this is very annoying, when this little window pops up and says whatever it says.
i look in the user CP, but i didnt see anything that gives the option to disable.

so am i stuck with it, or can i disable it?

Intresting you don't like it - I use it alot to read some of the post before I click on it (or don't click on it). Doubt there is a way to disable it - I actually wish it stayed up a little longer before it went away.

You are stuck with it. It's a VBulletin feature...
