Ok. Im feeling really stupid here..... What is up with the 4 shifters?
I realize 1 is because it is a manual, and it seems like multiple for the 4WD?
Been watching this thread a little bit lately and its really kinda driving me insane here....

Twin stickies =) Allows you to use the T-case gears in 2wd basically. Pretty schweet!

Yeah, its got an extra reduction box for an extra low gear. The twin stick allows me to be able to use a 2wd Lo gear. The crawl ratio on this truck is 244:1. The stock would have been 45:1.

Why is your stick shift and original transfer case stick moved so far forward? Did you have to change the angle for the center console, or did you move the transmission?
I am very interested in the dual transfer cases and 244:1 ratio (WOW)...but, I've never seen one in person or actually done any work with one. I have a '95 3VZE with a manual 5 spd (R151, I believe). Your truck is AWESOME, and you've done some really good work. What transfer case/s should I be looking for, 2 just like the one I have?
Also, I'm still working on getting you some $$ for that front bumper...thanks for the info!

The R151 Turbo tranny that I used moves the shifter 3" further forward, which is why everything looks so far forward. That is not the issue if you go with your R150.
In your case, if you want to keep the stock tranny, then you will need:
#1- A V6 Adapter to gear driven Tcase
#2- A Dual Case Adapter (if you are going to run dual cases)
#3 Two top shift transfer cases(Gear Driven) from a 22RE truck or 4runner from 85-89. Some early years had them as well. but it depends.

Ok first of all. Nice catch on that 4runner man! and the build up was a great read. Everything looks clean on it and you were right.. That BL really made that runner tower up.. Looks great with it off.. Reading the SAS section made me wanna forget my plans on keeping the IFS..it looks great man. As far as a good deal on tires..the cheapest best performing and longest lasting tires Ive ever owned were a set of Dunlop Mud Rover 33's Anyone ever had these? Their great in the mud and i used them on my DD their great on the street too..and they lasted forever. Ohh and just to be clear IF YOU EVER WANNA GET RID OF THOSE SEATS(the stocks in your 4runner)..I CALL DIBBS!! As a matter of fact.. if you ever have to sell the 4runner..DIBBS ON THAT TOO..

Okay, the 4runner had a few more items added to it before the King of the Hammers trip. I added Detroit lockers front and rear, and a set of Dirty 30s up front in the axle.
I also started the rear tire carrier and bumper, but haven't finished it yet. Hopefully I can get to it soon, but have a lot of bumper orders to get out.
I am also moving Addicted Offroad into a new shop next week.
At this point, the 4runner is almost done. Once the tire carrier is finished, then the only thing left is a full cage.
