Yukon Grizzly Locker

Has anybody used one of these lockers or found a good review written by somebody who has? I haven't been able to find any good information.

Never even heard of it ... do they have Toyota applications?

*EDIT: No they don't - only available for Ford 9"

Ya they do, they make a v6 application. Yukon also makes an air locker. The "Yukon Zip Locker". I just found out about both of these today. I was looking through differentials at marlincrawler.com and saw the Grizzly so I googled it and found out about the Zip locker, but I haven't really found anybody who has used either one.

Interesting being that the Yukon site says only Ford 9" ...

Anyways, sounds EXACTLY like a Detroit locker from the description on the Marlin page.

From http://marlincrawler.com/differentia...grizzly-locker
"Unlike other automatic lockers, Grizzly lockers are silent"
It sounds like they operate like other auto lockers.
Does this mean they are not clunky and do not unload like detroits and lock-rites?

In my experience Detroits are not clunky and don't unload like lunchbox lockers do.

I wonder if they operate similar to the Powertrax No Slip locker, which is marketed as a "silent" locker as well.

Oh god, not another bandwagoner. Your comparing two completely differnt styles here.

Anyway, the yukon and gears came yesterday as planned, the gears and locker will be set up in the 3rd in the next few days.

How big of a tire are you limited to with this locker? I can't find any thing out there about tire sizes
