How long can my rear shackes be without problems? the reason I ask is my front sits higher now that I have new springs and the rear 3 inch blocks isn't enough so my buddy who works at machine shop made me a nice set but they are 7 1/2 inches eye to eye is that to much? I'm only going to run them until I do the chevy swap or allpro 5 inch springs...little worried about driveline, shims, harsh ride etc.

Are you running stock springs in the rear?

yes stock springs with the 3 inch block, do you think it will ride like a tank because of the short stock springs?

Well put the shackles on...kind of a pain in the ass getting the old ones off thank god for mapp gas. The truck sits level now and is still flexy for stock springs and now I can put my long travel shocks on, this will work out great until the chevy swap.
