Lift Install Prices

Hey. I have a question. Does anyone know a ball park estimate on how much a shop may charge to install a lift kit. It would probably be a 4 or 5 inch lift on an 85-85 4runner? This might be very vauge. I am just trying to get a ballpark figure.

not sure about your area but before I did mine the place I was gonna buy it from wanted $3500 for the lift and install.
The lift was $1200 the rest was install
So I out smarted them and bought the lift on line for $900 and spent the weekend doing the install myself. If you got the time and place you should do it yourself.

Solid axle lifts are really easy, you just gotta swap in the lift springs, longer shocks, and extend the brake lines, but with A 5 inch lift you may have to get longer driveshafts, I'm not positive on that though.
