I have thought about mounting the Hella F220's or something like that that I traded for when I first found the site. Lightforce's are planned but I've yet to get an actual measurement of the area around where the lights will be to make sure they'll "fit". I'm thinking I'll figure out something to do with them soon or put them up for sale.
Seth - pretty sly on the fix. the spelling checker works, ok?
CJ - I don't mind at all. Sit back and enjoy
Eric - I thought we put that incident behind us! The downfalls of camoflauge were well documented the last time those incriminating pictures circulated!!

Here's the pictures I promised. Love this new addition
And here's a shot at what will eventually be put on when I can find a place to do it.
Can anybody identify what the parts shown are? (Hint: The box in the middle is body mount hardware when I remove my 2" BL)

His glass fenders are in my garage. We ummmm tried to repaint them and it ummmmmmm didn't turn out so great so I talked him into putting the stock ones on for a little while.
He hates me for this but there is no possible way the front can up travel enough to hit stock fenders. But the glass ones will need some TLC and then he is gonna put them back on.

Eric answered one question. It may not hit right now but it probably will come scary close one the BL is off. The glass is more to keep water/dirt/sand/etc. from being thrown up on the side of the truck. Driving though the puddles lately was kinda interesting with the big rooster tails off each wheel.
No, the 2" BL is still on there. For now.
I have a small tear in the outside driver's boot that I noticed is leaking grease very slowly so since all the boots were kinda beat up, I figured that I'd replace all of them for good measure (and knowledge).
3 Things have still gone undisclosed in the last picture.

OK, here's my best guess. From Right to Left.
You've taken up the accordian?
Are you installinga line lock for your brakes?
And you got some badass shoes to match your shocks?
(side note....where did you get the stock hardware for the body? I have a friend who wants to take his BL off his first gen.

I'd like to see that!
The thing in the middle is a manual LSPV, then there's resevoir brackets in the corner of that box. The box on the far right contains mounting plates for my sliders when I move them down.
4Crawler has the replacement stock body hardware. Grade 8 hardware upgrade available too.

Just finished installing a Optima Red Top 34R battery. Now I'm ready for lights. Speaking of lights, what I'm planning on using is the Lightforce 170 Striker lights so that will be 1,050,000 Candlewatt with 3 of them. Since they're only sold in pairs, it looks like the 4th is going to get a permanent amber lens and my bed bar will be modified to hold it.

Isn't the Yellow top the one for high powered lights and stuff? Or is the Red top enough to power those monster lights?
We could use your help with the fenders. Although now that we know the correct shade of white that will help our tons!

Yellow tops are either dual puropose or deep cycle, red tops are starting... If you only have one battery, and use lights/stereo with the engine off, or a winch then you want a yellow top..... The only time the battery powers everything is when the load exceeds the alternator, usually only with a winch or when the engine is off. Driving down the highway with all your lights on it doesnt matter what battery you have as its 100% alternator.

Thanks for the offer, calrockx.
I decided on 3 Hella 4000's for the front instead. Asking a few questions from a guy that has raced with 4k's and 170s said there was a significant improvement in the 4ks. That and they're cheaper too....
I'm finally going to have a use for my auxilliary fuse box. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee

It's been a while and my truck is about to go into the shop again, so I figured I'd put out an update. The shop is Weldtec Designs and it's a last-minute opportunity to get my truck in the shop before Death Valley.
Here's what's getting done:
- Custom bellypan to the T-case with new mounting points
- Shocks revalved 12/8 (comp/reb)
- King 2" air bumps and cans installed up front
- A-arms repainted black
- Sliders welded back on
- New resevoir tabs welded on and a good chance the resevoirs will be moved
A friend is helping me out with painting my glass. Word on the street is that he can paint guitars pretty well and drives a Deathrunner....
I'm gonna take a crack at wiring up my lights tomorrow while I have the day off.

Whatever happened to the whole body lift dilema? Did you have to re-work the bumper to accomodate going back to stock ride height? Looking forward to the post-WeldTech pics.
