Which Spark Plugs are the best

Trusting the opinions of those that are members, i am wondering which spark plugs are the way to go. Am trying to look for the higher quality, doing some research before i change the plugs, maybe the wires too.

Which brands can expect good results from? Please let me know, noth plugs and wires. Thanks

regular ngk v-power are great...

people will chime in and say get platimun or iridiums or whatever, but unless you are running some super modified truck, the ngk v-power are the awesome

OEM plugs are the way to go. NGK/Denso.
IIRC, the iridium plugs only last longer, there isn't any other benefit, right?

The iridiums are a bit overkill on a stock motor for the cost.

Tato,
Go OEM on all of these. NGK or Denso are what Toyota offers. It kind of varies from dealership to dealership which one of the two they carry. Also go OEM on the plug wires.
If you go to the following link and scroll to the bottom, Carroll at Gettel Toyota can hook you up with great prices on all of this stuff. Shipped it will be cheaper than your local dealership, I guarantee it.
