How weak is the 2 pinion front diff (98 LC 100) really?
Now that I found the right place to post this......
Looking at an upgrade from our 4runner to a Land Cruiser and have been doing a TON of reading. So far I have narrowed my questions down to two or three.
Big one so far is how weak is the 2 pinion front on the 98 and 99 LC's? I ask because I've found a 98 with the locker options from the factory. Has high miles (200K) but I'm not crazy worried about it.
I'm not planning on rock crawling with this thing just some camping and remote access fishing etc.
Thank you.
