HELP! dealer disconnected this vacuum port! Car runs like crap now!

Can anyone tell me if this vacuum port is supposed to have a hose attached to it and if so which one and where does the other end lead to? Or... is there supposed to be another block off nipple just like the port right below it does?

Took my baby into the dealer to have them diagnose the infamous "lean on bank 1, lean on bank 2 trouble codes... the next thing you know they have replaced the MAF with a brand new one (CEL came right back on 15 minutes later on the ride home) and my engine has a super loud vacuum leak and runs rough (luckily my mechanic friend figured out where the leak was (pictured below). My guess is that a mech at the dealer removed the nipple that was there to hook up some testing instrumentation and forgot to put it back on.

Thanks in advance for your help -- here is the picture.

Sorry for being an idiot and not posting the year/make/model and motor.

This is on a 2008 Toyota Tundra with the 5.7-liter 3UR-FE V8.

Are there any obvious hoses near by? You may need to just run out and grab some caps from an auto parts store.

Found a pic, looks capped off. Is yours supercharged like this one?

You are awesome -- I looked all over for a pic like that for reference but to no avail. Yes, it is supercharged, just like the one in the picture. Looks like we just need to cap it off. Thanks Toyota of Seattle for takign that cap off and replacing a perfectly good MAF and charging me $300 parts and labor, only to have the codes come right back (Lean on bank one, lean on bank two)!

Looks like my buddy will be taking it right back to them and having them pay for any other repairs needed to get the code to go away. Mostly likely bank one and bank two Oxygen sensors will need replacing.
