Going to be wiring up a ham radio in my Sequoia. My plan is to just take power directly off the battery, run it under the vehicle and bring it up through the pass-through under the driver's seat, but thought I'd ask and see if anyone knows if there is a direct power lead inside the vehicle itself. Not going to use the 12v outlets as the radio can draw up to 20amps...

Probably not any that would support an additional 20 amp draw.
You might bust out the DMM and test light.
