Wow, that is truly a crazy story. As mentioned, glad you are ok. Definitely pursue that with the city and keep us posted.

"Act of God"... that's total BS. Seriously, the accident happened because their dumba$$es didn't keep track of their power lines... They have to know when a power line goes down... Fight for you right...

In insurance terms, there is no such thing as an "act of God". He is totally BS-ing you.
Bottom line: Their power lines = Their liability
Take lots of pictures of the scene and damage to your auto.

If you want to scare them, you could mention how you're now noticing some discomfort in your back and neck a day later, and you really couldn't enjoy T-giving, and now you can't even hold your baby due to the pain, and your not sure if you'll be able to work come Monday, and it's affecting your sleep, and your up pacing all night, and it's really becoming a quality of life issue and...
Then maybe a quick truck fix up will look cheap to them!!

ok im betting dollars to donuts your suspension is officially FUBAR'ed. Check ball joints, tie rods, EVERYTHING under there. since the truck came fully off the ground and probably a good 5+ feet off then dropped back to earth a LOT of stuff could have been damaged that might not seem immediatly apparent. And honestly I dont see how the frame could not be bent....
That was a beautiful truck, but you should prolly have the insurance total it out and the city should pay for it. At this point it wont have a clean carfax report should you ever sell it.

Hey ur not the only one i just smashed my 92 4runner on wednesday i took a corner to fast and slid it right on its side 
no glass broke all i need to do is replace the fender and replace on fix the driver and rear doors i will post some pics latter
