Since this thread was revived anyway, what kind of fuel filter do those of you (that run fuel filters) use in place of the stock filter?

I just grabbed a clear plastic in line filter, from the parts store. just start opening boxes till you find one that will work for you.

they are pretty cheap.

did the front and rear.

so how long is considered too long for the differential breather line. i have 6 feet or or we just talking about the end braether part to be weary of only?

I hope you cant have it too long. My rear breather runs all the way up against the firewall.

Mine breathes just fine and I have the hose run up to an open filter in my engine compartment. It's not so much the length as it the restrictiveness of the line. If you can easily puff air through your setup with your mouth, it will work fine. If it causes you to go blue in the face, it's a problem. The more free flowing it is, the better the diff will breath in and out.
