V160 trans on a 3.4L??

just curious if anybody knows if there is a way to swap a V160 transmission into a pickup formerly equipped with an R series. For those of you who dont know this is the 6 speed out of the MKIV supra. it has the exact same first gear ratio as the R150F, providing good crawling ability, but also has a much wider variety of gears as well as a lower overdrive for the highway.

ive seen one thread on here where somebody modified a bellhousing to make an R150 (i think) fit their 2JZ swap but nothing the other way around.

if anybody has any input about the bellhousing bolt pattern (tranny side or block side) the tailhousing bolt pattern, the output shaft spline, or the interchangability of any integral parts between this tranny and the R series it would be nice.
even pictures of one of these transmissions would be helpful.

i just think that if its possible without any unbelievably ridiculous modification it would be a nice unique swap

EDIT
this trans is manufactured by getrag as a model 233 and is used in both the MKIV and the R34 skyline with a transfer case. im thinkin with a custom bellhousing an a divorced tcase or a doubler tcase using R34 parts it would be cool. input?

Looking for something a little better than my R150F on my 3.0. I figure I'd bump this one back up to the top ... 4 years later
