TSB: what is it and how do I get them done?
Im assuming that TSB stands for some sort of recall or Toyota repair on a vehicle is that correct?
I own a 2000 4Runner..
How do I go about finding out what TSB are needed for my 4runner and Whom do I go to, to get them done??

A Technical Service Bulletin is just that. It is a service advisory.
IT IS NOT an admission that there is a problem, nor that what the TSB is about has a recall about it. For *just* a TSB, you will pay to have it done if there is not a RECALL.
I hope that clears it up.
Not that it matters, but the technical Toyota name is TSIB. Technical Service Information Bulletin. No idea why I just said that, cause it doesn't matter, but there ya go!
There are many websites you can look them up at. The best is Techinfo.Toyota.Com
Pay your $10, and download every TSB, Recall, and all information AFA Factory Service Manuals, and training documents for any North American market Toyota built car they have information for. Which is most of them back into the late 80's.
